We’ve been without internet for 4 days AKA an eternity. Apparently, we are being switched from satellite to fiber optics, which sounds like a crock of technological shit. I am temporarily signed on using a "wireless to go" USB stick, and it works just well enough to let you know that I’m alive and drowning in boredom. Amy 0, Honduras 1.
I've had so much free time that that I've finished "The Kite Runner" and have now started on John Grisham's "The Client." I needed something slightly more... uplifting? Fun?
I've had a few truly wonderful days and I can't wait until I'm "hooked up" so that I can tell you all about them!
